7 way to fix Incredimail crashing while sending email in Windows 10

I am using the Hotmail email address from the past 10 years and I'm using IncrediMail I have Windows 7 on my computer and the day it got upgraded to Windows 10 I am having a problem with Incredimail when I am trying to send email from my Hotmail it keeps on crashing I have tried to update my Windows 10 and updated my flash player but still I am having a problem please help me ?

1. Used compatibility mode And set it to Windows 7.
2. If you're using hotmail.com, outlook.com, msn.com, live.com  then you may need to re configure your email account if you have recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 then there are chances that some files may be overwritten or got corrupted so first try this method try to add one more email account by going to tools > email account and then add account hopefully this should fix the problem.
3. You can also try to download the latest incredimail software and then install the software make sure to first exit and  completely closed the incredimail software and you must restart your computer after that.
4. If you see your Facebook is connected to the incredimail and try to disconnect your Facebook for sometime and see how it works.
5. Once you have updated the incredimail not try to go to the settings and then disable the 3D effects
6. also try to install the latest flash player and Java  player from the official website
7. run full adware and malware scan on your computer

Why i can't load incredimail - IncrediMail I am not able to load my incredimail software I have tried to turn off my Norton antivirus and I have also disable my Firewall but still the incredimail will not load I have tried holding the shift key and double click on incredimail but it still will not open I am having a problem in this incredimail on the past 3 hours I did not install any software also there was a power failure when I was writing a email and after that I am having this problem if you can suggest me a solution for this please let me know thank you,Incredimail will not load,Incredible not responding,  incredimail crashing, unable to open incredimail incredimail open and closed

  if you are having a problem with your incredimail and you are not able to open it it means there is some other some security on a computer or maybe some thought for a program like PDF Reader Adobe Flash for your Java is causing the problem in the startup so make sure either you try to reinstall your Flash Player Adobe your Java or maybe some settings like your Internet Explorer sat or check your Internet maybe the DNS server have some problem also you can try to reset it if you are using Windows and then it means there may be some programs files that need to be clear  so the best thing is to do a tune up of your computer most the time it has been saying when your loading the incredimail there are a lot of startup programs you that you might have installed by mistake are causing the problem so try to disable your startup programs that you have installed on a computer
