3) Another one due to Restart Windows using 'MSCONFIG' (Windows Vista/7) - In the beginning, just Restart the Windows. it should be with only the bare minimum of programs. •  Click to the 'Start' menu option and then type the word 'msconfig' in the 'Start Search' dialog. Then press the enter button.
