PDFs attached do not open correctly in Incredimail on my Windows 10


75% of the PDFs that I receive as Associate in Nursing attachment open with errors. While in another initial mailbox I do not encounter any problems. How am I able to solve this PDFs connected don't open properly issue??

Method 1: Delete Run time folder in Windows 10:

You can fix this drawback by deleting the IncrediMail "Runtime" folder.


  • To delete the Runtime folder, please run the viable from the link.
  • When done, open IncrediMail and check the results.
  • If the problem still encounters, proceed to the next method.


Method 2: Reinstall Incredimail on Windows 10:

You can try uninstalling and then reinstalling IncrediMail 2.5 to fix the problem of pdf not opening in Incredimail on my Windows 10.

Note: because the uninstall script solely removes the exe/dll files, your existing information and settings mustn't be affected.


  • To uninstall IncrediMail two.5, please move to begin > Settings
  • PDFs attached do not open correctly in Incredimail.
  • Now go to System and select Apps and features, select "IncrediMail 2.5" and click on "Uninstall".
  • After the uninstall completes, please run the subsequent viable to executable in the newest build of IncrediMail two.5.
  • When done, open IncrediMail and check the results. If the issue continues, then proceed to the next method.


Method 3: Create a new identity in IncrediMail on my Windows 10:


  • To create a replacement identity, please click on Tools > Identities > New Identity.
  • Set up your identity and see if the matter continues to occur within the new identity.

Note: set up an equivalent email address in your new identity. So you do not need to create a new email address. While the identity name ought to differ, the email address should be exactly the same.

As everything is being worn out the new identity, none of the data and settings in your original identity should be affected.

To switch back to your original identity, simply click on Tools > Switch Identity, select the appropriate identity, and click on OK.
