Computer becoming very slow and freezing in IncrediMail  in Window 10:

I am getting trouble in getting used properly my computer. Because here it has got slow. Do not confirm where the issue is occurring. It is delaying when I try to send an email on my Incredimail application on Windows 10. Overall,  this is a very big task that how to fix this problem of Computer becoming very slow and freezing in IncrediMail.

There may well be some technical reasons because of that your pc has become terribly slow. Sometimes it leads to freezing of the system as well. There might be 3 situations:

Here are the solutions for the above listed 3 issues:


A) General Slowness or Freezing of computer in Window 10:

You may need to print these directions 1st because it needs restarting your pc. Please attempt every listed step until the problem is solved:

1. Delete the Runtime Folder -

  • This Folder contains Temporary files, and you can delete this folder to boost your PC. However, this will be recreated over time.
  • To delete your 'Runtime' folder, please click here.
  • Click ' Run' in the File Download dialog box, and follow the instructions in the support until dialog.


Note: If your pc is low on memory, this may have an effect on IncrediMail's performance. Try closing alternative running programs to envision if this helps.


2. Reset Internet Explorer (Instructions for IE9)- 

As we all know that IncrediMail uses Internet Explorer components to work, so you will need to perform these steps in Internet Explorer even if it is not your Default Browser!


  • First, right-click the IncrediMail receptacle Icon and choose 'Exit'.

  • Open web individual, click the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Internet options'.

  • Select the 'Security' tab and click on the 'Reset all zones to default level' button. Once you are doing, therefore, ensure 'Enable Protected Mode'
  • Select the 'Advanced' tab and click on 'Reset .'. After doing so, click 'Restore advanced settings'.
  • Click 'OK' and close all windows.

3. Restart Windows using 'MSCONFIG' - 


  • Restart Windows with only a few programs. This will verify if another program is inflicting IncrediMail to run slowly:
  • Click the 'Start' menu and within the 'Start Search' dialog, sort the word 'msconfig', and press on the 'Enter' key.
  • In the 'System Configuration' dialog box, select the 'Startup' tab and click 'Disable All'.
  • Restart your computer. This will show a couple of icons or basic programs on your computer.p98

Note: To retrieve your start-up settings, repeat steps 1-2 and click 'Enable All'.


4. Restart Windows in Safe Mode - 


  • Restart Windows with only the bare minimum of programs. This will determine if another program is causing IncrediMail to run slowly:
  • Restart your PC.
  • Before Windows starts, press the 'F8' key on your keyboard.
  • Select the 'Safe Mode (with Networking)' choice from the 'Mode choose' menu.
  • Check to see if IncrediMail in Window 10 runs correctly.

Note: to revive your pc to its traditional state, simply reboot it.


B) Delay while Creating Messages  in Window 10:


  • To sort out this issue, just Disable the 'Typing Feature' using one of the following:
  • In the main IncrediMail window, click the 'Tools' menu and then go to 'Options'. Under the 'Effects' tab, simply uncheck 'Play Typing Sounds'. Or
  • Computer becoming very slow and freezing in IncrediMail
  • In a New Message, click the 'Typing' icon. The Typing feature will now be disabled.
  • Computer becoming very slow and freezing in IncrediMail
  • Send/Receive Process is too slow

This issue could be caused by a large message stuck in the Outbox or on your Server. Check your Outbox (Sending) or Server (Receiving) for big messages and take away them. Then complete the download.
