Unable to receive emails from Hotmail in Incredimail at Windows 10

I am unable to receive emails from Hotmail on my Windows 10. Along with this, Whenever I try to download email into Incredimail though I have such kind of the following message is getting displayed:

"Exception: MICROSOFT_CRT (E06D7363)

Faulting Offset: 00012AFB

Module: kernel32.dll"
