Socket error 6001 port 587 given file couldn't be decrypted

Question:
I recently modified net suppliers, from Primus to Bigpond, and suddenly my Incredimail programme has started giving the message " Socket error 6001 port 587 given file couldn't be decrypted".After figuring out the issue it started working fine but message is reflecting again and again. It is very annoying. I have discussed the issue with others they are telling me to contact the Web supplier. And I am using Windows 7 and there are no other stuff like games etc in it. It’s for office work only.

Now after setting up the new identity ,check if problem continues in the new identity. There is no need to create new email address but the identity name must be different while the email address must be the same.Nothing in your original identity will be affected while working in new identity. To switch back to your original identity, follow the same path:-
Tools > Switch Identity>select the appropriate identity >click on OK.
