Incredimail is taking a long time and sometimes it is freezing also. Sometimes I am unable to sent and receive emails. How to solve this problem/

You should delete your IncrediMail 'Runtime' folder. The folder will be automatically recreated, and your IncrediMail content will once again be saved each time it is used:
