 I am using Windows 10  and all my incredimail mails stuck in outbox 
 
Answer:

Check your security software like you antivirus Firewall or any advice software that I've installed it has been often found that sometime this security might be having a problem I just tried to call your Internet service provider if you have sending a lot of emails and using multiple email in incredimail then there are higher chances that your Internet service provider might have ban you for few hours you can try sending emails after some time also if the problem continues you need to go your tools and select email account and then remove your account and then close your Incredimail and after then restart computer and then again go to Gmail account and then add new email address once you had it it last you for your password and I hope this problem will fix the email and you should be able to send email
